Summer of Service August 9—13. Youth & adults from area churches gather together serving Jesus, and performing various types of home improvements in the community, under the direction of Allan Parker, Jr.
First Fruits 8/14/10 and 8/18/10
First Fruits Young Adults (ages 18—25) Schedule for August: Saturday, August 14 at 7 p.m. at Rebekah Tower’s home Wednesday, August 18 at 7 p.m. at Kim Flynn’s home. DivorceCare Thursdays beginning 8/26/10
DivorceCare: Twelve Thursday evenings, beginning August 26 at 7 p.m. Most people will tell you that separa-tion and divorce are the most painful and stressful experi-ences they’ve ever faced. It’s a confusing time when you feel isolated and have lots of questionis about issues you’ve never faced before. People benefit from Divorce-Care whether they are in the process of separation and divorce or even if it has been many years since their divorce. GriefShare Thursdays beginning 8/26/10
GriefShare—a Biblical program that focuses on grief topics associated with the death of a loved one. DVD seminars feature nationally respected grief experts and real-life stories of people, followed by a small group discussion. GriefShare will be held at EBBC for 12 Thursdays, beginning August 26 at 7 p.m. in the Chapel. This is a joint ministry of EBBC and the Brookfield Con-gregational Church. Unity Service 9/5/2010
On Labor Day Sunday, September 5, 2010, we will be having ONE SERVICE at 10:00 am. This will be a time when we can all reunite around the Table of the Lord, find out who actually does go the other service, and spend time together worshiping our Lord God! Be sure to mark you calendars!!
